Order Form for CDs and Cassettes
We are currently building a shopping cart for this page, and the new shopping cart will eventually replace this order form. For now, please use this order form if you wish to purchase any of the CDs or cassettes in our catalog. This order form should not be used for audio downloads, which are on a separate page.
How To Use this Order Form
1. Fill in all of the appropriate fields with the required information
2. Be sure to calculate your postage and include the address to which you wish the items sent.
3. When completed, click on "Submit" at the bottom of the form
4. You will be taken to a special page that confirms that your order was sent.
5. For PayPal orders, we will send you an invoice for the amount of your items
6. Once we receive payment, your order will be in production. (We do not stock all items and most have to be specifically made for you).
7. Your order will be shipped via Priority Mail (within the USA) and Air Mail if you are outside of the USA.
Note: When Lyssa is traveling, there are times that our office is closed. If that is the case you will receive an email stating an approximate date that the office will re-open and your order will be filled. Thank you for your patience.
