    ​As a voluntary participant at the Contact and Consciousness Retreat (September/October 2022) at C.O.D. Ranch in Oracle, Arizona, I understand it is my responsibility to protect myself and others at this time of the worldwide pandemic of COVID-19. With my signature, I release and hold harmless and blameless Seed of Life Institute LLC and other participants, speakers and directors from any liability associated with my travel and participation at the September/October 2022 retreat held at C.O.D. Ranch.
     
    I understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19, and on my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless and blameless Seed of Life Institute LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, including any physical injury, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to my participation in the Seed of Life Institute LLC event in September/October 2022 in Arizona.
     
    By electronically signing this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19. I agree to abide by all health and safety requirements of C.O.D. Ranch and Pinal County as stated in the registration information document. My signature indicates I DO NOT HOLD Seed of Life Institute LLC or its representatives or attendees to the retreat accountable for any spread of COVID-19 if I should become ill or contract COVID- 19 in any association with attending the retreat, including, but not limited to traveling to or from, or staying at the C.O.D. Ranch.
