Order Form for Digital Downloads (MP3 or PDF)
Please use this order form ONLY if you wish to purchase downloaded media (such as MP3 audios or PDF files) but you DO NOT wish to use the instant download automated feature that uses PayPal.
This secure form will allow you to choose the products you wish, and send us a credit card number that we will charge manually so you don't have to go through PayPal. Please note however, that we use PayPal as our merchant services provider, so we will be using their service to charge your card.
Because you have chosen to not use the instant download option, your order will be fulfilled manually. This means that there will be a delay and it won't be automatic. Once we receive your order, we will charge your card and then send you the download links for the files manually. Sometimes, these emails with the download links go into the spam box, so if you don't see the emails from us with download links, please check your spam box. We try to fill orders 24-48 hours after receiving them, except in the case of holidays or weekends. Thank you!
How To Use this Order Form
1. Fill in all of the appropriate fields with the required information
2. When completed, click on "Submit" at the bottom of the form
3. You will be taken to a special page that confirms that your order was sent.
4. Once we receive your credit card information, we will process your order 24-48 hours later (except in the case of holidays or weekends).
5. When your card has been successfully charged, you will receive email(s) with the link(s) to the items that you purchased. There will be a separate email for each item. If you do not see the email with the download links within a reasonable time, please check your spam box or contact us if it isn't there.
Note: When Lyssa is traveling, there are times that our office is closed. If that is the case you will receive an email stating an approximate date that the office will re-open and your order will be filled. Thank you for your patience.
