Each year, we first open this advanced workshop by invitation to our regulars who attend every year. Unfortunately, this means that only a few spaces open for first-time participants. Once we know how many spaces are available, we will then open it to the general public. CANCELLATION POLICY - Refunds are available until September 6, 2022, except for a $50 processing fee. After September 6, no refunds are available unless you can secure someone to take your spot. If you have extenuating circumstances, please let us know. If you need to cancel, you must submit your request to us by email, before September 6. You must insure that we receive and confirm your cancellation email for the refund to be valid. In case of emergency, you may leave a voice mail or send a fax to our office at 602-404-1456. If we have received your message of cancellation we WILL confirm. If you do not hear from us, please keep trying because it means that we haven't received it.
The completion of this form and sending it with your payment instructions holds your space. Because we expect this workshop to be quite full, please do not register unless you fully intend to participate, to make it fair for everyone wishing to attend. We will be invoicing participants and processing payments in July and August. If you are concerned about your registration and whether we have received it, you may always email us at our general address. COVID-19 Pandemic Note: We will be following national and state guidelines for safety in group gatherings. Therefore, we will be placing classroom seats with space between participants and spreading out in the large room. We will keep the room well ventilated. We will also have sanitizer and face masks available for those who need or want to use them. We ask that each participant monitor their health. If you have been in contact with anyone suspected of having COVID-19 within 1 week of the retreat or if you feel ill, please refrain from attending unless you have received a negative COVID test result.
